Exchanges:
You have seven (7) days from the date the shipping carrier confirms delivery to return any items you've purchased. To initiate a return, you'll need to get a Return Authorization number (RA#) and instructions from us. Please email 315beautywaxsupply@gmail.com before sending anything back to request these. Kindly note that a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your return, and you'll receive store credit for the remaining value, which can be used for future purchases. We do not offer cash or credit card refunds, and shipping fees are non-refundable.
Incorrect shipping address:
To ensure a smooth delivery, please double-check all your contact and shipping details before submitting your order. Once your package is with the carrier, we can't make any changes, including address corrections. If a package comes back to us because of incorrect shipping information, you'll be responsible for the reshipment costs. Should you choose not to have the item reshipped and instead request a return, it will be processed according to our return policy, which includes the restocking fee.
Missing or Damaged orders:
To report any damaged or missing items, please email us at 315beautywaxsupply@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. In your email, please provide a detailed explanation of the issue and attach any relevant photographs showing the damage or the items missing. Kindly note that we have a limited timeframe to file claims with our shipping carriers, such as UPS. Therefore, we may not be able to take appropriate action if the issue is not reported within this 24-hour window.
If your order hasn't arrived, your first step should be to reach out to the local branch of the shipping carrier that handled your delivery. We send you the tracking information as soon as the shipping label is created, and this tracking number is what you'll need when you contact them. Once your package leaves our facility and is in the hands of the carrier, they become responsible for its journey. If you receive a notification that your package has been delivered but you can't find it, again, please contact your local shipping carrier first. All claims for missing orders need to be filed directly with the carrier. We're happy to provide any necessary order documentation to support your claim, but ultimately, it's your responsibility to initiate the lost package claim with the appropriate shipping service.
